Businessman holding small tablet at table against happy thanksgiving.jpegAh, the holidays. It's a magical time of year when hopefully we can take some time to reflect on the prior year and be thankful for all of our blessings. I am thankful for health and happiness and even for the struggles and challenges that I've had to overcome this past year. These struggles are what help to shape and strengthen our character and I'm thankful for them.

I am thankful for working with such a great company and am very thankful for all of the East Texas companies and organizations that we get to serve for their IT Managed Services requirements. There are many forces being used to infiltrate and corrupt computer systems for the gain of the attacker. I take pride in the fact that our company helps organizations to harden their defenses against such attackers.

I know for me, the holiday season starting with Thanksgiving is a great time to visit with friends and family and enjoy happy times. There will be lots of people on the road, and in the airports and in the malls and shops and restaurants. Instead of getting irritated by the crowds and the waiting that you have to endure this time of year, why not simply say thank you for the opportunity to live in such a great country that makes our way of life possible? While you're at it, thank a Vet for having served our country to protect the freedoms we hold dear.

One more thing. When you are with your friends and family this holiday season, instead of arguing about politics and things that divide us, why not instead talk about what we can do to come together and help our community? There are countless opportunities to serve our fellow man at food banks, homeless shelters, half-way houses etc. Maybe your church has a toy drive or a meal giveaway for those in need?

On behalf of all the great people who work for Pronet Solutions, I would like to say Thank You. May you and your families have a very safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
